We have been manufacturing and selling disposable surgical foam devices for the O.R. for thirty years. These requests stemmed from traditional positioners being too small for a population that is changing in terms of people's weight. The Cardiac Leg Support XL™ is used in cardiovascular surgery to provide a natural external leg rotation for femoral or saphenous vein harvesting. The Supine XL™ is a supine intubation pillow used to aid in airway management by providing the best angle for intubation. Last, the Prone XL™ provides soft, even support during prone procedures.
